House of WHAT?
Here you will find an archive of my many interests and hobbies and more detail relating to my youtube channel videos. I am documenting these projects as an archive of work and hope that others can get something out of it as well.
I have worked as a professional Photographer, Film & TV tech (Post Production, Camera operator and Production), Audio Visual technician and consultant specializing in visual staging such as lighting and video projection installations. I have also worked in many manufacturing and technical services roles. Currently I am part of the technical services team (Theatre, Technical Production & Design) at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) here in Australia.
HOUSE OF NORMAL?
House of Normal is a concept I originally designed in the mid 1990s when working with 3D animation software.
I built a house in 3D with all normal's showing and titled it "The House (made) of Normals"
"In geometry, a normal is an object such as a line, ray, or vector that is perpendicular to a given object"
Not only relevant to 3D animation but also as relates to engineering, design and all the various projects I have on the go at any one moment.
